Modules are defined by an arbitrary color name and are clustered by module differential connectivity (MDC) as gain of connectivity (GOC), loss of connectivity (LOC) and conserved. There is no module associated with a LOC in females with MDD. Enrichment is determined by corrected Fisher’s Exact Test p-value and is listed only for modules that reached significance (FDR p<0.05).
